its up to you kung mag atik2x mo or mo sulti sa tinood

nya daghan mga trainee nga mo hawa after few days nga mag take ug calls heheheh

nurse diri sa ato.. ang duha ka cousin gani sa akong gf na puros na RN almost
1 year na gani wlay trabaho. So they have no other option as of the moment kundi
mag call center for the meantime.
Nya palakasay man sad diay nang sa mga ospital, depende if naa kay kaaila na dako ug
position sa ospital na maka backer nimo.. Sa ila sad nang gisulti ha. hehehe

wala jud cya madawat.. though ang iyang recollection whenever she was asked by the interviewer.. "OH so you're a registered nurse already?", she nods, and the interviewer quickly said to her.. "So.., How long is your plan of staying with this company>" wtf is this really all they can ask? excuse me for being blatant but isnt the primary reason of hiring someone is to give her the benefit of the doubt to work in a call center? I know training someone and hiring someone is not easy.. especially if that someone would just 'fly away' sooner or later.. but isnt that one of the risks they have to take especially in a call center where everything is fluid...?
Kalma lang po. It's really a very common question in an interview. Me, when I applied? (I'm not a call center agent) Besides from technical knowledge on my field, they also asked same thing. Especially the company i'm in, has travels abroad. I think it's normal, as I've said in my previous post, companies prefer for a long time employee than a short time employee. Why? It is better to have an employee who have experience on a particular position in that certain company (well you know na, paspas gud ni moTrabaho ky kibaw naman sa pamaagi sa companya on that certain job), than train a new one (which is like going back to square one).

mu dawat jud na ang callcenter oi bahalag unsa pa na imong kurso as long as maayo ka.
of course mag duha2x sila if mu ana ka na i only plan to stay with the company for one year,
but if you impress them really well, for sure they will accept you.

if ang2x gani kag performance, then imo pa jud ipakita na imong naung possible mu awol inig gawas
sa board exam results, aw... dli jud ka dawaton.
tanan callcenters accept nurses as long as they are good with their communication skills..
    that's the only condition

For the same reason, I think this is plain descrimination from this companies. Naa ba laing nursing
grad dri na nga same pud ang nahitabo? What's your take on this guys?
