Companies not accepting Nursing Graduates, specially Call Centers

depende ra jud na sa deskarte...
when i applied before as an agent, i was asked for my intentions- if i were to stay for a long time, kung how long and if i have plans going abroad.. gi-ingnan pa jud gani ko di cla mudawat...pero nka lusot man ko!hahahahahaha depende ra na sa imo tubag, ug sa mu interview nimo. dapat convincing lang kag mga answers- realistic and believable! good luck!

Na tagam na siguro ang mga call centers ug nursing. Mo resign daw kay mo review.

mo dawat jud sa ako na hibaw an kay ang akong silingan nga nursing grad naa man ron ga work sa call center. maka tagam lang hinoun kay mo resign man dayun mo ingon nga mo padaun siya pagka nurse...

sa akoa wala.. my gf right now almost cried because kapila na cya nangaply ug call center.. license R.N. na cya.. but wala jud cya dawata.. and she did all the interviews, quizzes and everything w/ a breeze...

wala jud cya madawat.. though ang iyang recollection whenever she was asked by the interviewer.. "OH so you're a registered nurse already?", she nods, and the interviewer quickly said to her.. "So.., How long is your plan of staying with this company>" wtf is this really all they can ask? excuse me for being blatant but isnt the primary reason of hiring someone is to give her the benefit of the doubt to work in a call center? I know training someone and hiring someone is not easy.. especially if that someone would just 'fly away' sooner or later.. but isnt that one of the risks they have to take especially in a call center where everything is fluid...?

^^kung RN siya, nganong dili man siya sa hospital, clinic, public health...call center pa man? At least naa siyay clinical experience kung mo-apply siya sa gawas.

naa kay point.. the thing is.. daghan sad biya mga licensed na nurse karon na walay mga work so for the mean time, nahan sila mag apply ug call center.. mao na ang point pud nanu di kaayo sila pandawaton sa mga call centers..
