    starting salary sa IT companies karon is mga 15K or more. di nana acceptable if you work as a programmer then imong sweldo is only 6K. your underpaid.

    dpende man cguro sa company...tan-awa sa ang company kung stable n b or kung start-up p...

    small scale... 8-10k
    med scale...11-13k
    large scale...14-17k

    if fresh grad p ni ha...opinion lng...based sa akng pg-research sa fresh grad p ko...3yrs ago...ambot lng kha ron..
