Pro, I think it's not the government, I think ang tawo mismo ang dapat e blame ani, they point finger. Ang parents, kay irresponsable sila, but can we blame them? Ana man sad ila upbringing.

Mao tu ako gi sitah, naunsa bah mga 12 ka bata ga tabang nako, maau nalang walay ga dala kutsilyo nila and mi abot pud ako mga resbak nga batch mates hehe

the government is doing something, yes, we are aware of that, like what i saw sa GMA 7, mga kids who are mentally retarded roaming around the streets of manila, and some where sent by their parents to live in that dormitory for mental patients, and those parents never came back to take their kids. Some parents intentionally left their kids in malls.

If the government have this kind of place for mentally retarded, why not put a place for thess kids roaming around, and when their parents will get them, put their parents in that dormitory too, and give them easy jobs, like watering the plants, or catching insects or something.

If you saw the news about the 2009 budget thing, my goodness, the government people are receiving billions of pesos, bisan nalang ug patukod ug place for the needy, then the rest, i-korakot na nila.
