    call center man siguro na ang hotline mao dili kasolve sa problema right away. i-forward lang nila sa concerned techical section ang trouble sa mga subscriber.

    yah, daghan jud kaayo na silag excuses...naa pay instances nga mura kag mahimong ignorante kay ipa identify pa kung unsay color sa wire, ect..., helloooo....ok lang cla?maski gi ingnan na nga wala nag siga ang ADSL nga indicator sa modem, mangita pag lusot ang mga hanggaw....

    I dont know but every time I call them and there is a need for a tech dispatch, the next day naa dayon. One time I tried calling in the morning, that afternoon naa dayon.

    Except if ang problem network wide wa man jud mabuhat ang tech support. If you hear an automated message nga naay system restoration or whatever they call it, you know there is a problem. You know the tech rep can't do anything about so why bother going through troubleshooting steps. Just wait nalang jud.

    They are just 'reps'. They can't fix networks. They can't tell you when the problem is going to be fixed.
    Don't expect too much from them.

    Of course, it's a different story when it comes to real troubleshooting. They should know their stuff. I only call when I know the problem is on their end and they have never hesitated to send a tech.

    ill be stuck with them for a year. did not know they were already having this restoration problem. if in kenw about it i would have waited till it was fixed or i could have went with pldt instead. so, they promptly sent someone over to my place to set my dsl up , and now there is never a day where i would not complain to them because i cant surf!!!!! i barely even download.

    and i get pathetic rebates

    ni tawag ko ganina sa customer service ug sa tech support kay kato pag down sa internet 2 weeks ago ingon sila ni i adjust ako bill for the days na wala internet. pag tan.aw nako sa bill mao lang ghapon. i investigate pa daw nila. makasapot

    Call lang sige until they get tired. We got our bill adjustment this way. Everytime the connection's down, manawag dayon mi bisan midnight or kadlawon, hehehe.
