    by d way dnt 4get exercise jud maau esp. kanang mag squat helpful kau na cya pra ma open imu cervix nd dli maungot ang baby sa ilawm...

    ang naka relax jud nako...was that i had the book "What to Expect When You Are Expecting"...as in during the pregnancy almost all my questions were answered...inig adto nako sa akong OB kabalo nako unsa ang test nga himoon at what period of time sa pregnancy...pag adto nako sa delivery room/ prep room na impress ang mga residente kay i started talking using medical jargon....kay ni ask man siya "nag contraction na ka ma'm"...so tubag pod ko ..."Braxton Hicks lang".....he he he....so nag storya na lang nuon mi kay daghan man ayo ko stored info....ni ingon gud siya sa interns...mas kabalo pa man ni siya kaysa uban ninyo...he he he...atik2x ra gud to niya ..imposible sad mas kabalo ko...but it really made me feel confident knowing stuff and morag i had a little control about the situation...

    i still say...childbirth is normal....the pain is tolerable....we women are biologically designed to withstand it...so try to relax ...trust your doctor and HIM....

    ako sis noh twin ako bby nya gamay kau ko nga girl nya ingn ako ob nga magpainles dw ko epidural anesthesia im tempted to do that but i realize mau ng mkasuway ta sa pain sa pagpanganak so mao to normal delivery ko pag anak..imagine kaduha ko otong but thanks god nkya ra nko..simple tips always exercise lakaw2 ka,dli cge katulog,ayaw kahadlok,ayaw cg paoraray kay moduyog rba jud ang pnahon if dli ka maningkamot pag otong nah ma cs jud ka,mhal n rba na karon esp if private ka,pray to god nya estoryahe pod u bby nga mocooperate xa dats what im doing sa ako twins,try practice ug delivery position nya tan an jud ka sa imoha ba..ako nurse man ko mao na unsa getudlo sa docotr wen i was asign in delivery room ako getigam an den geaply nko pagpanganak so mao n sucesful ang delivery..dpat pod full support from ur family

    btaw, naulaw nalang ko kay murag aku ray talawan dire.. hehehe hangtod makaya ayaw nalang mu pag epidural, pero ug lisod na kaau ang situation, naa pud mu option to reliv d pain... lisod man gud ug naa nka sa situation.. pero kaya ra na.. go go go...

    ders no such word nga painless nga delivery, pero nay way nga ma short ang imo pain during delivery...i'm NOT talking about cs, still it is painfull after the anesthesia is gone...

    better start doing the kigle exercise, walking and proper breathing... den juz follow the direction of the physician or the delivery team during delivery...

    proven na dyud ni? naa pud gani ko nahibaw-an nga mg-make love dw mo sa imong husband para ma-anad kuno ang agi-anan ni baby nga ma stretch..la pako mismo ka ask nuon sa doctor dyud ani but mao na ako nadunggan..
