    hey,

    1. if you want mag labor sakit gyud na cya injectable anesthesia dili maka wala ana
    2. ceasarean section sakit after you gave birth its an operation so ang wound sakit na, and besides sakit sa bulsa.

but tell you, it is a sacrifice that cannot be paid by a billion dollar of money. being a mother is nothing to compare. mawala rana when you saw your angel

once the baby is out you can give him more nutrients para modako basta wala na lang sa tiyan.

ma reliv jud ka sa pain, as in mura rag wala.. e instruct raka wen mu otong..

have you heard of hypnobirthing? first time ko kadunggog ani kay sa news nga it was used by jessica alba pag panganak niya and it was very effective. mura sya self hypnosis. m due to give birth late nov or early dec this year so im quite anxious also kay first time pud ni nko. ang gisulti sa hypnobirthing is to try to calm urself, relaxing and focusing on ur breathing helps to make ur muscles work more efficiently. imagine urself in ur fave spot. dont think of the fear daw kay fear only makes u tense and the more ka ma tense mas sakit kay dili nimo ma relax imo body. try checking out sa google and youtube ang hypnobirthing. i cant really say it worked for me kay manganak paman ko puhon but im willing to give it a shot. just thought i would share this kay basin makatabang pud nimo prepare mentally and physically. good luck to us both!

I cannot speak for anyone else, I can only tell you my experience and hope that helps in your decision.
I did not choose an epidural.I have heard that epidural can slow you labor as well. And I actually had a friend whose epidural did not work. Actually the thought grossed me out. Anyhow I had a pain reliever called Demorol. That really worked well. As in relax kaayo ko pag labor and delivery.. Imo ma feel ig labor kay mura ra kag g-dysmenorhhea and ig panganak nimo mura ra kag kal*bangon... Bitaw oi kaya rana nimo , nakaya man kagi nako na gamay ko na babae nya ako (first) baby is 8.15lbs. Really if I am asked about my labor and delivery I look back on it fondly.

Best wishes with your labor & delivery.

plus pwede pud ka mag Nipple stimulation. Helpful kaayo in ripening your cervix. Stimulate your nipples for 45 minutes to an hour 3 or 4 times a day over several days before your edd..
