Baking soda + iodized salt = 50/50 mix...

hydrogen peroxide (Agua oxenaga) mouthwash

HOW TO?

put toothpaste on your toothbrush, dab the brush with toothpaste on the salt & baking soda mixture then brush and gargle with Agua.

OR

you can brush first with toothpaste
then brush again using baking soda and salt then agua mouthwash... really does work!!!

But case to case basis sa ka grabeh sa stain and sa ka grabeh sad nimo drink coffee or smoke or whatever is causing your tooth discoloration.

As for tooth discoloration caused by intrinsic factors(tetracycline stain)...thats another thing napod na dili ma solutionan sa baking soda, salt & agua! Sori nalang gyud!!

but kidding aside, i had a friend once. mag brush siya using lemon and baking soda. ni white pud gyud. but luod daw and she makes sure not to swallow. dugay lang siya mahuman ug rinse.

LEMON is ACID which is good for whitening but bad for enamel!! Munipis imung teeth ana my dear and therefore mu result into tooth sensitivity so it is definitely a NO NO!!

ZONROX Samot!! Ang sanina na imung ehumol sa ZONROX or ma piskan ug pure chlorine is mabuslot...so same thing...mahilis imung ngipon ana!! Yes it is VERY EFFECTIVE in whitening teeth...but ONLY FOR DEAD SPECIMENS...kanang gikan sa minteryo nga gamitun sa mga dental students ug study sa Dental Anatomy!!

As for those whitening thingy's for the teeth...not so good sad to use those but ikaw, naa ra sa patient if they really want to use those...but reality is...kung NATURAL ang atung basis...THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS WHITE TEETH! Pearl White hinuon...but even a pearl isnt white at all but a bit yellowish!! Healthy teeth are those na medyo yellowish gamay. True na sya dili na joke!! ehhehe

hmmm... seriously considering it, pero i don't know kung naay available here in cebu. do you know any na dili kaayo mahal??
