Well it depends what kind of car you want, prices also vary with the degree of age. Pero if were talking oldschool car i normally tell people the fun is restoring it, kay u will know your car, its lingaw fixing it up body and painting it. Old engines like the 4k , 5k or saturn engines are easy to maintain, low on gas, and parts are still available.

Although some people dont have the time or patience to do it so, dont worry I believe ull find a decent car with a 100k , dont rush lang , have car check thouroughly ie engine, chassis, paperwork etc and u should be fine. There are quite a bit of surplused cars sold here in Cebu.

Ok so ur into the smaller newer cars, fyi (jazz's are well over 100k budget that u mentioned) but try Istoryas own Vehicle, parts etc thread - for sale posts are there. If you cant find any you might wanna try both print adds (although higher priced) or CebuClassifieds on the net. As for Surplused vehicles for sale, Ive seen in mabolo area, ayala access panagdait, also in AS fortuna. Good Hunting
