MSI Wind vs. Acer One...

- relatively cheap ang price sa Acer One..compared sa Wind pero cheap look and feel sad...
- I still prefer MSI wind pero for 18k+ the Acer One is tempting... naa pay Sim card slot for 3G internet.

MSI Wind vs. Eee 901
- Keyboard is still TOO small to be usable for the Eee.
- It's not a wise decision to buy this since Asus already has plans for Eee 902/903 w/c has bigger keyboard.

MSI Wind vs. Eee 1000h
- An attempt by Eee to matchup with MSI Wind... pero it feels like the laptop is too big already. Otherwise, it's a good alternative to the Wind...

plan to buy the wind but was fed up in waiting. luckily i got the asus eee pc1000. the size is just half an inch wider than the wind but has better specs.
- 6 cell battery that last a minimum of 4.5hrs
- picks up wifi signal better than the wind and also has wireless N
- the mouse/track pad is better
- dolby sound (the wind sound sucks)

i don't have the wind but i like the looks of it. working with the eee pc1000 feels almost the same as the wind. the hinge of the wind is not as robust as the asus and cause the screen panel to wobble.

i am more into battery time. heck, what's the use of portability if it can only last for 2 hrs :0

bought a logitech v470 bluetooth wireless laser mouse white color for my white msi wind. looks cool.

it's good enough and it gives less clutter becoz walay wire, but what i can say is that mas maayo gyud ug feel and response ang wired mice compared to wireless mice.

True... the Wind is greatly disadvantaged by its 3 cell battery... still no signs of the 6 cell coming out.

msi wind already have a 6-cell battery available as an add on. but no wind units coming with a 6-cell battery unlike in the US. if you want a wind with a 6 cell battery, you have to fork out 5k petot.

5k petot. ohmygulay. para nako not worth the upgrade. it's nice but mahal rakaayo.

when the asus 1000h was 29k, my choice was the wind.
but when asus 1000h dropped to 25k, asus 1000h na ako best choice.
but i already have the wind. heheh...
