    i dont believe its true...my friends way back college have tried this techinque just to loose some weight. thats how body conscious they were. what i usually do to keep myself fit..like now?im just 24 waistlike.not that skinny.just average built but just small waist.lol.!and my friends envy me...its not really about the genes...or not eating after 6pm but its about eating fresh and nutritious food.im a food lover...a big eater. i eat rice 3x a day...with heaps and diff.vian...and green tea after meals and before i go to bed. oatmeal/ yogurt in the morning. rice during lunch and veggy at night. sometimes i gain like 2 kls...but its easy for me to remedy it...i dont drink any alcohols though.what i do is just minimize the amount of food i eat and drink more green tea.or any food rich in fiber.thats all.hope this help.

    hala.... mura man ni punishment... watch out nalang sa food nga gikaon... and sharo wala gyud ka observe sa metabolism... self awareness lang gud ni...

    lisod jd au mg pa daot woi..labi na aq.,i juz gave birth 2 months ago....sa una i just weigh 100 pounds karon.,i weigh 124 pounds....lisod jd au padaot woi.,pro karon ng oatmeal jd q dn fit n ryt..and it works man pod!!!

    7:30 or 8 at the latest. Stupid daylight savings messes it up lol.

    some people Loose weight and some dont if they use this "after 6 pm diet'
    lain lain gyud ang effect per individual
