more taxes never solved anything. the government must stop begging from the people. it should be smarter. they should find creative means of cutting costs or incresing revenues... such a ridiculous idea raising taxes! this is just punishing the middle class citizens, the professionals who by the way are the powerhouse of the country. Such an uncreative proposal!

Tan-awa ra gud inyo sweldo, sakit kaayo ang tax deductions. Just imagine kung musaka pa jud na kay "above minimum wage" daw?

we professionals who are earning more than the minimum wage also have our own financial problems and we are also affected with the rising prices of commodities.
we pay our taxes annually, but it seems that there has not been much improvements. government services still suck. we all know that our increased taxes will still end up in the pockets of the corrupt officials.

my aunt is living in europe and told me that they pay bigger taxes, but they are ok with it because of free hospitalization and education. their government also gives a monthly allowance for their kids.

if only our government could also offer this kind of services when taxes increase then we won't hear taxpayers whining.

impossible jud na mahitabo diri sa ato. hehehe...

if there would be free education and hospitalization in exchange sa increased taxes, then a lot of our govt. officials would suffer kay wala na sila'y pondo. makuhaan ang atong taxes nga gihimo na nila ug savings. hehehe

lame. they should charge poor people higher taxes. that way everyone will be forced to work harder and earn more money. they just keep taking and taking from the people who work the hardest and give to the laziest people. i love my country and if this crap happens i'm leaving.
