Crossfire X setup with 4 GPUS - 2x HD3870x2.
Mainly this setup is a monster in very high resolutions.
FPS in games and 3dmark are virtually unaffected in ultra high resolutions reached 20k in low res and about 19.5k in ultra high resolutions. Now the CPU is lagging.
with Catalyst 8.3 drivers
You can even setup 3gpus an HD3870x2 and an HD3870.
tanawa ang requirments sa specs sa high end na mga games... nya ok na...
Any reviews to support both claims you stated above?Originally Posted by brown_dog

a Quad SLI 9800GX2 would be nice for todays gaming rigs.
I am not sure if there is available mobo that could support quad SLI (nvidia cards). But I'm sure that there is 3 SLI Mobo with nvidia 790i chipset or Quad crossfire (I'm not sure if thats the right way to call it, but sure four ATI GC) starting with 690FX mobo which they call it spyder or spider.
