    According to the Inquirer fron-page article "Ex-PNOC head to testify," Mañalac was allegedly involved in the funnelling of the $41 million from the Chinese firm to the Filipino counterpart of the project, which was tagged as the "Greedy Group."

    Kana asa mana gikan diba sa Opposition .. unsa gud pag advance ana nga Payment nga wala mana ma dayon ang Contract.

    That i don't know... as anti as i am... can't say gkan siya sa admin. Tungod lng kay naa leak ingon ani mo ingon ka opposition? Mo ingon ko admin... no sense at all.

    wala contract? Onsa man d i to gi-pirmahan? Onsa man d i tong "nawala kono" SOP are like that... before mahoman ang contract, kubra na daan.

    Just wondering if the contracts were signed... ang kwarta (budget para sa NBN) nahatag na ba kaha sa Pinas?

    Foreign Affairs Secretary Alberto Romulo, in a Malacañang statement, said the joint undertaking is limited only to scientific surveys and joint evaluation and has nothing to do with oil exploration as claimed by the opposition.

    To me these Spratlys issue is not yet clear to me.

    are we talking about the NBN deal? No contract does not equate to having no advances... Bribes/Kick-backs doesn't go to the usual paper trail. These guys knows the drill, no paper trail means no evidence.

    Mao gani advance payment kay wala pa nahoman ang project ni advance na.
