We just bought a Fortuner and all i can say is....i love it! As for montero wala ko ka test drive...but my brother did....Performance and durability wise..same raman siguro ni cla kay both are japan made, so tried and test..so i guess no need to argue much on this....peace...

Initial report from him indicates that as of now, the FC is about 6 to 7 km/ltr pure city driving (stop and go).

And he seems to agree that bug-at ang MS and there is some lag sa pickup in heavy traffic conditions.

THis could be common because they are one and the same. It's only the looks they differ. I wonder why until now wa dyud sila mo employ sa VGT. Ang StaFE (VGT ni and so with Starex and Carens) duna sad lag pero minimal kaayo ug maka-ingon ko nga Hyundai did really put a good job on it.

Kay ang fortuner, hilux, hiace is using Variable Nozzle Turbo. Mo gana na sya even at low rpm.

Synonymous ra na sila bro sa VGT (variable geometry turbocharger) and this could be the reason why na mas kusug ug pickup ang Fort kay sa MS based sa akong experience pag test drive nako. Ambot kaha unsay specs ining turbocharger sa MS?
