Compared to my Sta. Fe, mas refine ang riding comfort sa SF compared to MS because of what the people here said already. SF has a sedan like suspension while MS and Forts are basically trucks.

Legroom labi na sa third seat, ang MS morag naka bintaha sa Fort. Mas luag unya tan-aw nako ang extra space at the back sa MS ok kaayo compared to the Fort. But between my SF and the MS, ang legroom sa SF mas OK. Gagmay ug third seats ang MS compared to SF. But my SF has almost no space after the third seat which the MS has a big advantage. Unya ang length sa MS mora man taas kaayo.
"if my info and eyes are correct mugawas ang 4x2 MS by 2nd quarter of 2009;no definite specifications seen. but i predict a Sportronic and a Manual Transmission Variant will be available.

i presume if mugawas ang MS 2.5 4x2, it is very likely to have the engine that is a whole lot higher than the fort.

Well I think mas sa physical looks pa lang, mas taas ang MS so mas bug-at dyud siguro ni compared to Fort and the strada of course. So the added weight maka-ingon dyud ta nga mo deprensya ang pickup compara sa strada nga mas gaan.

i wonder pila ang weight diff sa strada(pickup) vs sa MS(mini SUV) kay sa fort against hilux 150 pounds man deperensya so d kau dako diff.

I don't have the money na for another SUV. Modaug pa lang ko ug lotto sulayan dyud siguro nako ug palit ug montero just to compare it with my StaFE in a more detailed fashion. Ang montero akong na test drive belongs to my friend. It is actually my friend now who is doing the breakin. Di lang ni siya istoryan and he is not an internet savvy guy. Initial report from him indicates that as of now, the FC is about 6 to 7 km/ltr pure city driving (stop and go). Mo improve dyud siguro ni inig lapas na sa breakin period.

And he seems to agree that bug-at ang MS and there is some lag sa pickup in heavy traffic conditions. Dyutay pa man gud nakapalit so perhaps modaghan na ang owners anha pa ta siguro makakuha ug confirmation.

@tambok: i agree, super lig-on jud,., we have a Mitsu L200 pick up and most of the time it is used not on normal roads,., but sa Offroads all the time,., kay its in the province man,., super off road jud,., and wala jud once na naguba ang machine, only prob that i can remmber is ang sparkplug ra, kay it wont start,., so it needs cleaning,., super reliable jud,., the experiences of the mitsu L2 going off roading is pushed many times beyond its limit , but still it surpasses every road ahead,., since ka2 b4 wa pa gi Lift up,., until now lift up na,., still on very2x good condtion,.,

walay spark plug ang L200 bro. diesel na!

I looked up sa engine sa Montero ug Fortuner, preha ramag output ang duha bisag mas dako dako ug displacement ang Montero. For a 3.2 engine, murag hinay mag output (165 HP). Ang 3.0 sa Fortuner has a 163 HP output. To put into perspective akong sakyanan which has a 3.5 Liter engine puts out 240 Horsepower.

Anyhow...a 2 HP advantage wouldn't be enough to leave the other one in the dust.
way difference ang 2 HP bro, but ang mas dako na engine mas dako og torque, torque=pullling power bro!
