Sayang wala ng Death Penalty... if its allowed and enforced by Philippine Law to punish corrupt politicians by death, wouldn't that be a deterrent to the crime?

if found guilty mo appeal pana sa higher court. court of appeals pa, balik-balik na, mga 5 to 10 years by that time kung buhi pa erap 80 na cya. after ana didto na iappeal sa supreme court mga 5 to 10 yrs napud sa balik-balik, by the time final verdict na erap will be 90 or probably dead na, and won't spend a single day in a newly renovated 3 story fully airconditioned, wall to wall carpeted fully furnished with expensive furnitures cell in avery very exclusive over the hill lot of bilibid in munting lupa equiped with an exclusvie right of way for visitors.
