    bugo man gud mga foreigners mao magpatudlo pa nato unsaon pag-turn on sa computer....kapoy jud ang work sa call center...pero bisan asa na work naa man jud element of stress diba?

    Its really a challenge. Coping up with very fast changes in policies. Balancing all the stats plus Office politics makes it unendurable.

    But Its up to you if you don't crack under pressure.
    Very hard job. But I believe difficulties in life are there for a reason.

    bitaw, ok rasad sya pero in the long run kapoy hehe mangita kag tarbaho na lain nasad wui faet kapoy cge yawyaw sa mga gahi di kasabot ma highblood ta.. tsk tsk.. natiguwang nalang ko aning callcenter wa gihapon mausab ang mga callers hahahah

    Default think first..

    if dili ka mu-duty, nice au siya, pero if mu duty naka, as in pissed off au ka sa mga custs..sobra..as in..kuwang nalang mabuang kah kay naay di kasabot, mga gahig ulo..mga angatz!!

    kanag mga cust na manawag kay mostly ana nila kay mga tanga...its all their fault then ikaw ang kasab-an, di lang ka malain?

    if maglagot na gani mu, isa llang solusyon, AUX daun..go on break!! haha

    1st callcenter = lingaw kai survey2 ra. dghan makat-onan sa ani nga field (market research)

    2nd callcenter = kalma ra kaau. buot2 pa jud ug absent. dako'g sweldo pero kapoy kai cge la'g ring ang telepono, gikan paglogin hantud logout. ig uli, lata na kaau ang lawas. mabuhi ra kung ting sweldo - ganado kaau mutrabahu. ig hurot sweldo, luya nasad. grabi ka way batasan ang akong customers ani kai lower class man among gicater, unya cheap cellphones.. so cge la'g panawag kai gubaon ang phone. LOL. (kung sa ato pa, mura'g china phone) hahaha. but lingaw kay makadeal kag lain2 clase sa tao. apil na ang mag shagit2 nga way rason.

    3rd callcenter = grabe ang training. 2 months ang training to master the skills needed, apil na product specs. nakat-on ko'g tuon! (which i never did in university!).. nakat-on ko nga ma professional ani nga field. buotan akong bosses, unya maikog ka muabsent.. educated sad among customers so di maningka.. lesser ang pay compared sa akong previos CC's, pero satisfied ko kai gamay raman sad ang calls. maka internet2 pa jud mi.. pareha karon, taas na kaau ko'g yawyaw dri kai wa may nanawag. hehe

    in this kind of work, your patience will be tested. it is so tiring, but nothing is more rewarding compared to a call center work. though the things you do is routine, you still handle different people, you still need to change moods, etc.

    kapoy aoi dako lagi sweldo but kapoy jud xa specially d para imo ang field...regular nako but dragging kaau everytime mo mata ko maguol ko maghuna na motake nsad ko ug calls...
