There is no evidence that weight lifting stops growth. A good example would be in America. You see their basketball players? Football players? They simply CANNOT get in the team if they're body are not built. They are forced to lift weights for them to survive in the field. 14? 15 year olds lifting? and look at their heights now. Around 6'2 is their average height for their athletes. Egg white has protein. Protein is what you need to build muscles
