i don't have a problem with that. if you don't like each other anymore, if the love is gone, if the feelings are lost, let's quit pretending. why prolong the agony when you still have time to find the one's who may excite you again to live life with passion.... now, where do i sign?

Simple logic. No love - divorce. Love is the basis from all things flow kung wala na no compromises please. You just cannot possibly hold on to unworkable relationships kung wala nay love. Its torture.

first try to work things out para ma-save ang marriage. if, despite the effort wa na juy mahimo then better nga mag-divorce or annul para maka-move on ang usag usa.

we should reconsider everything first before doing it.

Agree. We were married for 12 years when we separated. Sad. And the biggest error, I think, was in my choice. But even then, many people think they chose well when they started out. Then they drift apart and they wonder what went wrong. We all make mistakes, not just in marriage but in all aspects of life. Some people are lucky; some are stupid But the thing is, if we insist on staying on, we won't be correcting that mistake.

I do have to count my blessings that i am not going through any of these. I feel for those going through major marital issues in their life. I'm sure its not very easy to untangle what God supposedly joined together but at such, nothing is permanent in this life for even life ends itself. You can only wish for better days ahead I hope when i do marry that i wont ever end up divorcing. If i waited this long, i hope everything goes right considering that i only have half of my lifetime to live. You all deserve to be happy as well with persons who will become your lifeline. Too much stress in the marriage is bad for your health. It could also shorten your life. Choose to be happy.

    1. you see those mommies or daddies raising their children by themselves? they deserve the respect that any married couple get. i know you would want to have a family like ours someday, but should you find yourself in a situation similar to theirs when you're all grown up, i want you to have the same respect for yourself as you have for them now. and no matter what happens, i will always be here for you and my love will be from east to west.

    2. see their children? they aren't any different from the other children. they are neither to be pitied nor looked down on. you have a mom and a dad, but if you had either one only, you would still be the smart, alert, and loved daughter that you are.

    3. it's okay to be single and loving it

    4. marriage is noble and god-given

    5. but it's never okay to be in an abusive relationship. i'd rather see you FROM a bad marriage than IN one.

see your five fingers? one lesson for each. remember them for life.

omg...i could not have said it any better....kudos !!! ang problema kay these will fall on deaf ears...kay narrow minded people will never be able to appreciate the wisdom of these beautiful advices....

ms beau...you got a positive rating from me for this post...this is really a gem!

ngee....suffer gud tawn...kay nag suffer diay ka? and why would we care about the opinions of people who easily get on their high horses and dish out judgments as if they are infallible themselves... (he he he check out my english ha...pina infallible sad ko oi...ok ba?)

"Judge not so ye not be judged"

Single parents get my vote for being strong, for being able to break away from the dictates of this hypocrital society, for braving the maelstorm of criticisms from narrow minded people, and for LOVING THEMSELVES.
