kadugay na bya aning balita
hahaha
Dunno if this is mentioned, but rumors has it C.T.U. - Cebu Technological University daw. Pero I like C.S.U - Cebu State University better. haha. Or just maintaining the name of CIT ain't bad. Parehas sa MIT, University status but still the same name. Basin dugay dugay pa pud ni mahitabo since CIT has two requirements pa man cguro na need to comply, one is Instructors with doctorate degree.
Never heard of that 'CTU rumor. Anyway, it is not possible for CIT to be renamed as Cebu State University since CIT is not a government-owned insitutution of learning.
I heard much about retaining CIT but having a University status, thus, CIT - University. This would be the same as RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia.
As for the timeline, let's just hope for a speedy elevation of status.
Hobey-ho, Technologians!
sakto jud ka.. iretain nila ang word nga CIT.. ky mao may known.. so,, CIT - University nana xa..
probably by 2011 cguro..
ky required man nga Master's grad ang
mga instructors... atleast dagko ug sweldo ang CIT.. even if dli pa
cla university.. how much more ma university nah.. hehehehe... kadtong mga taga CIT
you should be proud of your school.. ky mao ray nakapass sa IQUAME.. and dghan mga maayo nga instructors..
from UP, USJR and so on..![]()

Maayo untag ma University na wui! Kakapoy ra ba memorize sa una sa Mission Vision sa CIT kay in kaso matungnan daw ug pangutana sa PACUCOA team pagvisit nila sa skul sa student pa ko dira.
Well I heard the CTU rumor from a faculty of the school but I find it hard to believe. CSU was just my opinion, though I know for the fact it may not be possible. hehe. I just like the sound of it. :P
Once CIT obtains university status, I think the school has the authority to increase or decrease the tuition fee without going through CHED approval. Posible nga mu-mahal jud.
hehehe.. hapit na jud ma U ang CIT murag 10 years nlng daw.. hehe
