aw i know im gonna quit call center in the future. my mom, when she passes on, will be handing down the family business to me. so 'till then, i'll work in the call center industry. thanks for the info though.
in the meantime, for those who are in the night shift, try water therapy. search for it on google lang.

Its really hard quitting in a callcenter kay nahug naman gud nga na-enganyo namo sa high salary/wage that most call centers would offer..

Practically sake, it really can pay off most of the bills you have and you can buy most of wants you like (that most daytime earners are just dreaming of lang jud)

BUT... for me, your just living it FOR TODAY.. FUTURE? I know Call centers would still be here 5-6 years from now, I don't know though it'll still be for another 10 years.

We live everyday to be scolded, mock and praise of Americans and other races every day, or should I say every night. These strangers who calls every night are your bread and butter and for Pete's sake, these individuals are indirectly paying your livelihood as a call center agent.

US (is the main market of most call center companies), I'm sure callcenters are here to stay, but for people who would rather seek their fortunes (rather than just sitting in an aircon controlled environment with a pc and a keyboard infront of you)
I for one would like to go abroad and experience the wonders of working as an OFW.. nothing beats meeting people personally rather than just hearing that person on the other line every night... different people.. different problems.. whining their heart out to you...

don't you get tired of it sometimes? but then again.. .it's your livelihood and their whining makes your stomachs full and your wants fullfilled....

    Just my thoughts...

Yep, naa gyud uban tao nga maka manage ra gyud, naa pud uban dili. Dapat kung naa ka sa call center naa gyud pud support sa imu family. Like kung naa ka sa balay, dapat dli lang cla mag saba saba kaayo. Dli ka pukawon kung naay mangita nimu during your sleeping time. Simple lang gud, naa ra sa pag manage sa imung time og pagpa sabot sa uban tao.

Naa pud daghan mga techniques sa internet nga pwede nimu mabuhat para mas taron gimung pag tulog sa buntag.
