I dont like the service of chow king colon. they're busy with their mouths, not with their hands. dugay kaayo imo oroder, mauna pa ang uban, especially foreigners. what i did was cancel my order right at the moment nga i-serve na nila. it's not easy to wait long for one order.

sa olio grave 1 hr mi ga huwat dugay au ge serve ila fud...,, dli bya lami ordinary ra mayta lami kay worth it ang pag huwat namu..

omg. they said ang olio is very expensive daw..i was expecting they'd have excellent service!

Ambot lang ninyo, pero kada kaon dinha, pirmi mag dagandagan mga food servers! Ang resulta, ang among gi pa luto nga tangige, gi serve sa pikas lamisa!ang amazing part(or basin wala lang kabalo)gi kaon lang sad sa pikas nga table, without thinking nga wala man sila ato nga order!here comes the waitress, kun wala gi follow up wala pa gyud mo sulti, nya palouy louy dayon kay siya kuno maka bayad, mao amo nalang gi pasaylo!Pag abot sa bill, Shock!maypa eat lang gyud sa klaro nga mga restaurants sa city wala pay libre nga langaw!I bet you same ra ang price!

Since I was travelling often sa ako previous job, cge gyud ko kaencounter ana from luzon, visayas and mindanao na area. Here are a few of my most unforgetable experiences.

1. Texas Chicken sa SM sa una(First anko tungtong here sa CEBU) - nag order ko adto ila chicken strips dugay kaayo na serve ako order hastang gutuma na rba and the worst thing is sayop pag ka punch niabot 180++ ako gbayaran. nagwonder ko k ang naa sa pix k less than 100 ra man to then ako kauban k preha ra mi giorder gamay ra iya nabayran. pag complain nako sa cashier k halos d pa gyud motoo. Ako giistorya ila manager after a lengthy discussion ni-ok ra na irefund. wyl nagwait mi sa amo mga kauban gigutom napud ko k nabitin ko sa ako gikaon. niorder napud ko same order and guess what happend. Sayop lang ghapon pagkapunch... katawa nalang ko and said aloud kabugok sa mga empleyado dire....(EPEKTO NA TO SA KAGUTOM and FRUSTRATION).

2. Greenwhich BUTUAN CITY atbang sa ila PLAZA. - dugay kaayo ghatod ako order. ka lima pa nako gifollow up para mahatod. wala rba kaayo daghan tao. Then ana ang manager na wala daw napasa ako order sa kitchen. ok na unta but paghatod sa ako order hilaw pa kaau... as in ang chicken kadugo dugo pa then wala pa naluto ang chicken k murag iced pa. murag frozen na chicken na giprito... ako gibalik sa manager then i asked for a refund k d na ko ganahan mukaon pa didto sa ilaha. the manager hesitantly gave my refund k irritated na man kaau ko... After that wala na gyud ko nibalik didto na branch nila....

3. Kenny Rogers Ayala Cebu - Nag order mi sa ila roasted chicken, then we have to wait for 10 mins k wala pa daw naluto ila chicken daghan man pud tao adto na time. so ok ra magwait mi, then na serve cya after 10 mins gyud more or less. Ok na unta but here comes the bad part of it. the chicken is still hilaw. dli pa cooked ang meat and nagdugo dugo pa ang mga bones. so i asked the manager for a replacement. 5 minutes passed and she returned and served me my grilled chicken. to my dismay ila fry ako roasted chicken. WTF!!! I told her that i ordered for a roasted chicken and not a Fried Chicken. What you should have done is to simply replace my roasted chicken or im going to get a refund including the ones that we have already consumed while waiting for the chicken ( K wala pa man mi human kaon sa uban food, half pa lang). Nahadlok guro cya k iya man giilisan dayon ako order. Mao na balik lang ghapon ko k favorite man nako na ila hot and spice na roasted chicken.

Krua Thai Banilad town center

We went there with my sister who was visiting from overseas. The tables are really packed with decorations and I accidentially broke one of the ceramic flowers. We had a great time and paid alomst 2,000 pesos/ AND they charged me for the broken flower! I believe it was 190 pesos or so. They were so serious about it and confirmed with the manager that I HAD to pay for it. I told them, that I would never come back. They didn't care. Then I asked them for a receipt for the broken flower. They couldn't give me a receipt. It's not only that I had to pay for that flower, it's the way they handled it. I guess if I don't pay for it, they have to pay for it. Bad management and ownership.

And the food at Krua Thai tastes all the same after a while anyway.

Let me share with u my bad experience with PLAYROOM AYALA!!! Akong gibilin akong daughter (1 1/2 y.o) for one hour with her yaya... Pagbalik nko an hour, pwerteng hilak sa akong anak! Liman mu pwerte hubaga sa bukton kai gipaak og lain bata! And they just informed me sa incident after I paid them na! I cant blame my yaya for being so tanga ( I admit shes tanga) coz she comes from a very uncivilized bukid maybe na amaze sad sa lugar.

My point here is wat for d.i ako gibayran diba? i asked there staff nga 5 gud cla ato ga duty ga unsa raman d.i cla? they just told me nga dili daw fault nila coz my child has my yaya!!! watta a CUSTOMER SERVICE SATISFACTION ANSWER!!! Kalami nlng jud sagpaon mga bayhana! gabyad ko sa ila service---and ang ilang service bya gi offer kai mura man gud day care sila diba? so magbantai jud ta sila dapat!

So I hope lang unta katong kaila sa tag iya sa playroom maka read ani! Kai na disappointed jud ko ato..Ako unta gud ipa enroll ako anak for playgoup nxt month..unya wat if nai ma unsa sa ako anak , mang hunaw lang??!! wala cla nalipong! And to think single parent gud ko.. If only kbw cla sa akong gibati nga ultimo lamuk dli gud mu ganahn tugpahan inyo anak!

Also let me share wid u.. Kani kai mao jud ni gipang practice sa mga salon.. I went to RUIZ DERMA sa ayala to have a pedicure..
I went to their receptionist and they just told me sit down then gave me magazine to read...liman mu hapit nko usa ka oras ga wait , wala gihapoi kalag sa manicurista ni duol nko! I approached their receptionist if kanus.a ko ma serbisyohan.. Damn! They just told me
"Mam naa pa rabai ga waiting mga usa paka ka oras nga ikaw sunod."

Grabeeee theyre wasting my time jud..and to think naa koi gi apas nga oras ato..cant they just inform the customers inig abot jud nga dghan pa ga waiitng! Kaisa pa lingkuron lang ka and wait for 4ever! Mao jud ni gipang praktis kasagaran sa mga salon.. mga hangul og customers and unahon pajud ang mga suki nila! mao lang ni akong na observe jud!

Greenwich Gaisano Mactan = nag huwat me for 30 mins. sa amo gi-order na fried chicken. Lapas nalang 30 mins. la ghapon, mao 2 ako gi du-ol ang counter and ako gi-inform, igo lang ni sulti... Hala sir! wala naman d i mi manok!

Majestic S.M. = bungol ila mga waiter dha, and pataka lang cla charge bsan wala mi ga order a2 na food may gani na bantayan sa ako mama ang lista.

Sunburst S.M. = dugay au maabot imo order halos 30 mins. kung maabot, bsag gamay ra ka ug food na gi-order.

Gaisano Mactan Grocery = bati ug batasan ila mga cashier dha, naay usa ka customer nag linya iya gi-ingnan ang customer na, Sir time na man ugma nalang na!!!! kasuk-an btaw sa customer ug gi patawag ang manager, da! hilak2x lagi. hehehe

mcdonalds jy! hnay kayu ang service! i mean.. its suppose to be FAST food nd yet HINAY kayu mu-lihuk ang mga staff nila.. mu-tabi pa gani cla right in front of me about off topic to their service. wa jd professionalism!
