    Limewire is not piracy...

    ... it is (many of) the users that use limewire in a "piracy" activity.

    just like bittorrents, limewire is just a filesharing/p2p technology. it is not illegal.

    of course that is piracy if your selling copyrighted stuffs...
    but personally if i want to download, burn and sell copyrighted stuffs to the public - i won't be using Limewire as my goldmine,
    there aren't enough stuffs in there..
    i would prefer Rapidshare - almost all warez site i'm aware of host their files on rapidshare -

    edit:
    selling like hotcakes right now are psp games and all are available in rapidshare
    can't say the same on limewire or torrents.
