Need Help CPU will not turn on

ng ingun ani ni cya sauna bt naulian mn ng clean pdko ato then pg balik na inun ani..... i forgot lang g unsa to nko.. dugay2x nmn gdko wala ka buting2x sa akong PC.. I hope wala ra mo ground....
previously before ko ng limpyo ako na obserbahan last month... dugay cya mo load.. then usahay mo hang cya... mo on cya pero walay makita sa monitor.... then ang light (indicating thats the computer is ON) sa casing always ng siga bsn nka off cya..... then sauna pg mg dula ko zero hour.. mo restart cya....

hi. kasulay napud ko ana. mo ON ang CPU pero walay display. i just wonder why because a simple duot2x & bira2x sa vga cable and terminal, inig switch ON nako mo display na cya. if dili madala sa duot2x & bira2x, reseat memory. much better if you clean the memory chip, use eraser. if still don't display, reseat video card. pero sa ako usually mo display cya balik kung e duot2x & bira2x

ms worse pa ana bai.. kna walay makita sa Monitor.. connection sa Video Card but If knang Dili dyd mo on ON and CPU.. dii mo Tuyok ang Fan..
mao na akong na experience kron... ako lang ni testingan cgro if uns dy daot ani....

Try to clean the memory with eraser. Clean the contacts of the RAM not those chips, only the contacts of the RAM (the gold color).

I think RAM is not a factor here since the process is between

POWER SUPPLY--->MOBO ----> PROC (NO POST/NO POWER)

additiona: try to reset the CMOS battery

check if you have connected the 20 pin and 4 pin connector. nakatry ko sauna nalimtan nako og taud ang 4 pin connector di mu-on ako PC. igo ra mutuyok og kadali ang proc fan.
