Need Help CPU will not turn on

I clean my CPU, I detached everything, the external wirings, also the floppy, cdrom, cdwriter, 2 hard disk, ram, video card, fans, heatsink of CPU and fan...right after im done cleaning,
i connect everything.. I was wondering why it will not turn on... ng plug nko sa PSU.. mo siga mn ang light sa Motherboard but when I switch it on... mo attempt ra ug tuyok ang fan sa CPU but dili dyd cya mo on... pero ng siga ang light indicator nga switch on ang PC.. what seems to be the problem... I unplug everything and plug it again.. same ra ghapon... mo attempt ra ug tuyok and CPU fan pero dili dyd mo ON..its been a while wala na nko na buting ting akong busy coz im busy

no, all stock i think I dont need to put thermal compounds coiz the temp is not so hot.

mao na dili siya kadayon bai kay maoff siya sa kainit. how did you jnow nga dili init when in fact the time you took off the HSF of the processor natangtnag sad ang thermal compound. you should have put a new compound.

sakto si junmar4.. if you detached the HSF from the Processor, you should replace the thermal compound..
especially if you havn't re-applied thermal compound for years..
I read some post sa uban thread that you should re-apply thermal compound once a year..

Try sa daw memory tangtangun, then turn it on.. paminawa kung mo-beep ba..
then ibalik ang memory and i-on balik..

Lastly, try pud ingon ni tazman_cris, maybe sa PSU.. but ni-function man xa before, sa?
try lang recall all the steps you've made.. consult your manual aron sakto pud imung connections..

Dako kaayo ni possibilidad.. try daw...
check manual sa imo mobo para sa correct settings...

kung ma ground and mobo dilikado jud dili na mo POST imo unit...
sometimes d ta ka bantay ani pero kasagaran problem sa PC after disabling dili na mo POST tungod in-ground
and mobo specially sa katung nagwork sa floor nga semento... mao advisable jud mo take ka ug kanang anti-static wrist band
....pero mao lagi.. wala ta maanad..
