Undergrad experience is essentially your foundation. Build it strong in the first place. As you work your way up in your chosen career, you would look back and appreciate that strong foundation.

We can't talk about specifics since we have different fields but to answer your questions, it's highly dependent on the company you are applying. Most multinational companies provide training for new hires and over the course of your employment. Target those companies in the first place. Over the course of my employment, I experienced so much realizations and deeper understanding of what I learned from undergrad. Honestly, I hoped for a better foundation. Anyway, if they can do it, you HAVE to know how to do it! The Being a fresh grad grants you a honeymoon period mostly up to 6 months, so don't worry. Most of us goes through that. Be humble--that's important.

Im an engineering grad, akong natrabahuan in line sad sa akong kurso, but mostly office ra. Kay naa ko assigned sa Planning Dept., mostly paper works, coordination with site engineers, costing & quantity surveying. Engineering is very broad, daghan branch options nga pde nmu i-venture. Advise lang kanang mga English subject ninyo ayaw na itake for granted kay basin mao nay inyong maging armas para makakita ug maayong trabaho.

Akong course pag college kay Aircraft Maintenance Technology. Ang line of work ani nga kurso, broad kaayo kay daghan man sad og specialties nga pwede mapilian. Ang AMT grad kay pwede mahimong line mechanic, base mechanic, tool keeper, cabin mechanic, sheet metal technician, engine builder, etc etc etc. So bottomline, sa among field of work, naa gyuy magamit sa among mga lessons but not in its entirety.

I'm a graduate of BS Respiratory Therapy and so far, gamit ra man sad. It's just that when I started in CDU, first batch mi sa RT so makaingon gyud ko na wala pa kaayo klaro among curriculum ato. Although ang ubang instructors namo ato kay okay kaayo, naa mi duha ka maestra na absenan mi pirmi unya ang nakapaet kay major subjects ilang handle. Nabawi lang pag-internship kay didto gyud ko nakat-on. I had the basics when I started to work but nangamote gihapon ko kay nganga man mi tong estudyante pa mi. Experience gihapon is the best teacher.
