i dont even think its supposed to be an issue... it doesn't matter at all... as long as you're being true.. to yourself and to the people around you.. who cares!!!
I for one had a one night stand and it NEVER made me less of a person!! infact, guys take me seriously and one guy even went all the way and married me..
to answer your question -> i'll take a guy seriously no matter how many 'one night stand' he's been involved with as long as it was before I came into the scene..
