[color=purple] about the ID thing, that agents are still wearing their ID outside their office/building.. when it was my first time to work in a call center industry in Iloilo we were told not to take off the ID when your on the floor, well, since it was my first time, and i was once an obsessive compulsive kind of person before (as kuya jaan say) i don't want to be reminded always to wear my ID... anyway, when i was on the floor, your attention would definitely be there, and only there.. Focus is what I'm trying to say.. So by the time your break is up or your lunch, i assure you that you are gonna forget the ID that your still wearing it when your outside the building already.. working in a call center is a very easy job, its just a stressful work thats all...
they usually forget that there still wearing it.. but once they get used to it.. they would take it off...
well, about the employees with low salary, Laverne hits the point there... sometimes it depends on the company, they may have small basic salary, still the employee keeps on working on that company, its because employers gives importance to their employees, that gives them, award, benefits, and companies benefits etc.... lavernes point of view.... hehe![]()
