yup but they have unlocked variants for every series. Intel made overclocking an exclusive to those who can afford. Years back you get a lower version of the procie, get an overclock capable board and you're good to go.

I think ana nga time most vendors ga announce ilang b-series and h series boards pwede na maka-oc. And murag gi announce sa intel later last year nga sa latest bios di na na pwede nga option? I read it somewhere.

8 series boards will probably support broadwell.
B and H boards dont support OCing. Gibawi na sa intel. I think it's also good nga naa ray specific boards and cpus that can support OCing. Para naa puy exclusivity incentive para sa mga mupalit. Dili kanang tanan na lang ta nakaOC.
