yes. i remove nalang kai para dili hugaw sa imung resume. as much as possible ur making good impression. AUTO FAIL kai na sa interview kung magdeclare ka nga terminated ka.


recent rasad oi.. katu imu gideclare sa imu resume.. now if ever hired naka then ma trace nila nga awol ka sa previous company then pangayu-an kag COE
pwd mana nimu makuha mag file kag resignation sa hr para makakuha kag COE
after one-two months pasad makuha lagi

Let’s assume for a second that you get a new job, you now worry that the current company will unravel your secret when you finally submit your BIR and SSS record. Here, they will be able to check your actual work history (not your contributions though), cross-check it with your resume, and if inconsistencies are found, the new company will terminate you too, that is, if they are big on integrity; smaller companies who have massive attrition and are therefore manpower-hungry don’t give too much weight on this.

Ahhhh I see, yes I already removed that company to my resume. Actually cleared naman pud ko ato nga company, infact the manager already told me that she can be one of my character reference which is not a good thing to do hehehe so I did not add her to my resume.

How will they know that I have a history of that company since that company I am with before is not remitting any government benefits?

ako sauna naterminate pud ko mao pjud to first job nako..2nd job nako kay nagsira company...pero grecall ko sa first company nako kay lain nmn tag iya..nang layoff sila sauna kay nag cost cutting..kada apply nako mosulti rman ko nga naterminate ko...bsta explain lang jud ko unsa jud nahitabo

Ahhh so ok ra jud diay honest bro, pero 50/50 sad ka sa applications pud lage sah? hehehe!! cge kay wala pa man sad nun ko ka try gud nga ni ingon ko terminated ko during interview. Try nako nya puhon kay sayang man sad gud baya ang XP hehehe
