depende na sa per sq mtr, kung pila ka sq meters ang imong plano sa floor area. Lets say imong plano is mga 60 sq meters ang floor area.

estimate is 60 x 10,000 per sq mtr = 600,000 (Simple na materials, colored roof)

estimate 60 x 15,000 = 900,000 (w/ roof tiles na ni sya)

depende ra gud na sa imo kawrta and imo taste. kung maayo ka taste and you know where to find good bargains, ug dli mag dali a maka barato gyud ka. your 500K will bring you a long way. but kung tapulan asa lang tanan, double your money at the same result.

if i'm not mistaken, i think it's 10% of the construction cost? but i think you can always try to arrange something.
