Look for mga luag nga parts, overheating sections, grounded sections, anything unusual. If wala akay makit-an, add the peripherals one by one, starting with the rams.

I am not sure what you mean by clean startup. I-clean ang startup programs? Clean install? Clean pc and connections etc? Clarify daw para matry nko.

kana na error in my experience is a communication error between the HDD ( controller , because if it's the platters, mu kagalkal na .) and the mobo host Controller

yep na hdd sentinel nani ug unsa pana diha na test as i indicated. 100% man iyang health and performance.
na try napud nko ang onboard video but same issue.

change your sata cable connected from your mobo to hdd.. possibly communcation error ni cya sa 2 ka hardware....

nka experience nasad ko ani... i tot ang video card pero ang sata cable diay ang problemado mao pag change nko sa cable ni okie na cya..

Naka incounter ko ug same2x ani nga problem. Casing nlng ang wala nako napulihan. Ang ako gipang puli is mga bag-o pajud tanan, like ram, mother board, HDD, HDD cable, PSU. Testing with or withour vcard. Ako na sad gi reformat. But still I fail.

Na santos lng ko sa dihang ako gitaod ang proci into a old model nga board(but brand new gihapon).
Ang case adto kay grounded ang casing, murag nadaot ang proci tungod sa grounded casing.(feel ko lng sad. )

BTW, technician diay ko sa isa ka shop before, mao naka puli ko ug bag-ong mga parts dayon, try2x lng ug puli.
