Well we try to make the best projections and live with decision , but we can't draft with a mindset of "we never know" we have to look at past stats , current preseason stats and make the best decision. I doubt if he'll turn out to be a reddick but if he surprises everyone this season , i'll be happy for him. I'm thinking he had like 3 , 4 years to show us "Foye" , and I'm still thinking 2.2 3's , lil perimeter defense and .... yup that's it. Which boils down to missing point on drafting Foye , should've , could've , would have. One thinks we need this stat oh wait he looks like what I need , then when its all done and you work on your percentages , Yikes!!!! beauty of Draft day

Agree with you but honestly we can never tell as long as he starts playing, previous stats are helpful but what matters is how he plays "now". Maybe he will probably step up this season, you can always trade or waive him though, just my opinion.

Yup fair enough , although our league is deep and those waivers are going to go once people work the final numbers ... I'll let go of Foye for a back up PG na , next thing you see foye hoisting 5 3's hehehe , should be a fun year of Fantasy basketball. How you doing on your lineup Adz? Oh wait u guys haven't drafted yet noh? if so good luck ..

I actually thought I replied to your query. I got so busy with work last night.

But anyway, yes I agree with ManWhore. I would cut Foye since he mainly contributes on 3PT and little else. Dudley and Wallace are versatile forwards that can contribute STL and REB. Moreover, Evan Fournier is looming behind Foye and could supplant that SG position in Denver sooner than later. With that being said, I would keep my eye on that one too.

Yup he does having Fournier in the back looming , but Foye seems to be playing better in Preaseason , as fournier is shooting like 29% with good free throw percentage 9-11 at the line. Foye looks a tad shinier than the latter but i decided not to flirt with those two. No worries on late reply man , great to hear peoples thoughts , thanks again and good luck to an interesting season.

Moving on , someone asked me about rookies this year and which one has the best chance to succeed and work that fantasy goodness in our respective cats. Taking into consideration playing time , injuries , struggling teams etc.

My thoughts are - Oladipo , Zeller , Olynyk , Carter-Williams , Pope ( w minutes ) and sneaky Mclemore (yesssss inspight the draft drop) it was interesting that someone was kidding about me picking Mc by saying "Mclemore who!", but I have this thing with gut feel that i like to play and tinker with, in the end we shall know how he pans out but I like his chances in Sactown. Oh! did I forget Bennet , Grinning .... hmmmm I don't like the fact his playing over his weight at 250 up 8 from his days in UNLV, which can be trimmed , but since his shooting percentage is down from surgery its something to check out further in the season.

Early names from beat writers included Burke , Noel , MCcollum but its sad we can't see these injured rookies off that bat but keep an eye when they do play.

Folks please share your thoughts , we'd love to hear them , thanks

Again have a good draft and season
