Hi,

Yes, ng khai and esprint are both owned by the same shareholders but they have different set of people , managers and offices.

I guess I am not the most popular person, but as gen schwarkoff said you cannot do your job well without pissing some people off.

I guess I and our company make our mark by being tough on ourselves, and by being performance driven, and maybe this can go and can do attitude does not bode well with some people.

at any rate, I just want to plug that yes, we are expanding, and we are hiring, and for those who don'tmind being tough on themselves as a ticket to success, you are always welcome to become our colleagues and partners.

there is no short cut to success, and if there really is, it is hard to find.

... yeah you have point there when you said that somebody should change his attitude and not the company... but it would be a different story if the termination is without due process kay it would tantamount to illegal dismissal... nya di man na pwde sa labor law.... sad-an japon tingali ang company oi...

Wa man untay problema sa policy sa company kay mosunod man ang mga employee kaso lang sa NK mismo ang management ang mo break sa rules unya pakasad-on dayon ang employee...mao ni ang bottleneck.

yaeks! nagka lawum... na ang issue.. walay arbiter dire hihhi.. i saw one legitimate representative from NK above who posted something but not on the issue raised by the thread starter..

actually nhu,,.. some employees filled a case coz they think their rights were violated.. usahay over thinking nalang..
sa akong company before.. naa gyud mokiha though my company gave amost everything and wages were above industry standards. still, kiha lang gihapon... akong na kita nga reasons sa mga case nu.. is their not suing the company but rather the managers .... so i guess we have to check on our managers if they really posses the skills and competencies of a manager..

this was reminded by our corporate hr director months ago that.. most startup companies tend to promote their employees to such position because they have already the techy skills and yet its just a part of the needed package. i doubt if these managers are emotionally intelligent, matured, posses the business acumen or degree.

callcenters are not excused on this trend since they've been experiencing shortage on top positions. this is the reason why TMP's and other indoor crash courses has existed to better support their young executives..

and if they chose the wrong person for the position.. i wouldn't be expecting a lot from that company...
