For office use TS like word, photoediting, webdevelopment tools, video editing and heavy gamer kaau ka Go for laptop.
Choose IPAD3 if you want no hassle kung moad2 kag lain lugar although gamay xa compare to laptop and for mailing purposes sad TS like reports magamit jud cya. If I were you I buy Iphone 4s instead of IPAD3 although naa sa iya ang specs na akong need bxta As long I can surf, news update and I am able to communicate my officemates online and Mail, Browse, check Map(way claro map sa apple.ahak) and communication thru text.

Depende sa imo purpose...

If gamiton nimo for productivity like sa work or projects, laptop ang choice.

Pero if for mobility and para sabay sa trend and cool ang dating, iPad...
