^^yep, lots and lots of discipline jud bro. Importante nindot imong training and most importantly, nindot imong diet. Usa ka nindot nga tip is "don't drink your calories." So, better get your calories from quality food than getting it from softdrinks, beers, or any flavored liquid/water. And every time you feel like drinking softdrinks, just drink a very cold water and problem is solved.. dili na kaayo ka nahan mo inum softdrinks ana. Try pud drinking two glasses of water before meals, awon tag ganahan pa ba japon ka mokaon ug sobra kadaghan ana.
