    ^^yep, lots and lots of discipline jud bro. Importante nindot imong training and most importantly, nindot imong diet. Usa ka nindot nga tip is "don't drink your calories." So, better get your calories from quality food than getting it from softdrinks, beers, or any flavored liquid/water. And every time you feel like drinking softdrinks, just drink a very cold water and problem is solved.. dili na kaayo ka nahan mo inum softdrinks ana. Try pud drinking two glasses of water before meals, awon tag ganahan pa ba japon ka mokaon ug sobra kadaghan ana.

    Kung gusto jud ka mag ka abs TS pag H.I.T or High Intensity Training dagan ka 1 min 12 KPH after lakaw ka 30 secs then repeat for 30 mins do this every other day mas kusog mo burn ug calories nya pag diet sad jud....ang abs ma visible ra na sya ug emo Body Fat percentage 10% or less...........

    mag abs exercise ra ka brad everyday/ set a target like 500 rep straight na/ then right food intake/. mao ra na/ its more effective if you'll do it after jogging nimo. mag ten rounds ka sa abellana every other day/ or you increase it with more rounds.

    I get it in the internet searching before; 7 steps:
    1. drink water before and after meal(this is because when your stomach get to have water already, you only need less food to full your stomach)
    2. everyday get to have few minutes of ab exercise.
    3. wear fit shirts(when you wear fit shirts, you'll always aware of how your stomach looks, do not wear tight jeans it may hold foods from getting down)
    4. avoid sweets, ...(eat frequent but small amount of foods,do liquid diet)
    5. do not eat 3 hours before bedtime
    6. to be continued!....

    again, i will re-iterate. it is pointless to do LONG reps for isolated AB-exercises kung nagbudlat imong tiyan

    don't kill yourself trying to do too much without first fixing your diet. kung tanaw nimo morag nipis na ang tambok nga nagtabon sa imong tiyan then by all means you can start doing the isolations

    I strongly agree with you Eyemesem. And John^^ please if you have extra time, try to research more on the truth about abs and do trial and error on your own. Because no matter how many times or sets you do ab exercises if your abs is covered with layers and layers of fat, there's no way for it to be visible. So, if your diet s*cks big time, no ab exercise can help you.
