FYI: You can't have more than one account on PayPal. The 2nd account registered under your name will be blocked automatically since it matches another account with your exact full name. Now when you say you have more than one account it means you have other people's accounts linked with their debit/credit cards. And I'm guessing mao ng imong makuha sa ilang account na "wah na nagamit". I mean you're willing to pay at least 3k for an online account even after saying "daghan nkog account". But that's just my hunch.
