I agree with you with your point that it MIGHT BE unwise. But i may ask if you know that you cannot withdraw money in the Philippines from paypal. The only way to use ur money is transfer to another user (which the user is doing now) or you must purchase it.

45 +/- 10 centavos is the rate of physical exchange of money. But we are talking here of exchanging virtual money with physical money.

Well anyway bro, this is just my offer to unload your VIRTUAL MONEY and if you dont have of using it.
