    Bro, ngano kaingon ka nga dili sa smartbro ang problema? As I've mentioned previously, it was working before then just recently dili na ka connect. Cge assuming basin naay na usab sa config sa router bisan wala gi hilabtan. I did a hard reset, re-configured the router just as I configured it from the start nga ni work previously, pero wala gihapon. Tried my router, it is working with my smartbro canopy,just changed the MAC address to his MAC address but wala gihapon. Bro, daghan2x nasad ko na configure nga router and Im pretty sure walay problema akong config.

    different ang adapter sa canopy but they have in common. The connection cable (ethernet) from the box going to the adapter, right? Try lang. Basig ma-resolve na imo problem. I think it's not a router issue but somewhat on your connection from the canopy antenna ---> box ----> adapter ----> outlet. Basi'g grounded kung i-connect ang connection going to the router while not directly in PC's ethernet port.

    and problema ana bro is account verification sa smartbro ig login.. dba gconnect man na nimo sa router. mangayo naman sad na account verification kay lahi na mac iya na detect.. adto sa ka ani nga page https://bro-portalvm.smartbro.net/re...count_info.php nya login ka sa imong account(naka connect ka sa router )... kay wala na nka login sa router.. if mg error ka nig login reset sa ang modem and router.. try balik.. mao ra man na xa.. hope this helps

    Thanks sa comment bro. Ako man gi clone ang MAC address sa PC sa router para dili na kinanglan mo verify sa account. So ang makita sa smartbro, same MAC address ra sa pc so dili na cya magpa verify balik

    Thanks sa tanan ni comment, na solve na nako ang problem. Problem is with the signal sa smartbro, hinay kaayo nya intermittent usahay mao ng dili maka lapus ang connection sa router. What we did was gipa tas.an ang canopy and na ok na.

    naa jud problem ang signal sa smart bro intermittent connetction pud ako na experience karon for 4 days na, mikalit ra man ni. ok ang connection karon ,unya taod2x mawala, nya balik na pud...

    Hi,

    I have been having issues with smart canopy connection for 1 week na and no help was given, everyday ko ga call. My internet keeps on dropping and need to reset local net conx. will work for 1 min and drops again... very poor support from smart.

    I repost lang nako akoang reply from the other smartbro thread...pahungaw sa kalagot lang ni akoa and if same issues basad sa mga istoryans within Mango Jakosalem and Echavez area. See my comments below:

    sus! naa raman diay ni nga thread....pila nako ka days ga sige pangasaba ug smartbro technical support hasta ang supervisors akoa na gi singgitan sa akong ka lagot!!!!

    weeks na gyud ni akong internet nga perti ka hinay...pa balik balikon ta ug troubleshoot nag tuo siguro ignoy ta aning ISP. Gi ingnan pa ko nga basig sa akong rj45 kay loose na mao na hinay ang connection and intermittent ....what sila na BUANG! Kung intermittent man gani it's either disconnected or connected gyud dili kay consistent nga hinay! Peste maayo rabag di ta technical manager wa ta kasabot sa ilang mga non-sense nga explanation. Gi dyuguan siguro ni sila.

    3 days ago gi ingnan ko nga within 24 hours ma resolve...then karon lang gabhiuna wala gihapon....nagpa dispatch ko ug technical team nila as of yesterday gi ingnan rako nga JULY 29 pa akong schedule... 2 MBPS akong plan, unya .30 ra akong download upload kay .16 di kaha ka saputon! Unya kung mangulekta gani perting paspasa. So far mao ni pina ka paspas nila!



    Ayaw namo aning Canopy! wa gyud nada! pag apply nako sa plan ang nearest base station nila is less than 100 meters sa akong apartment. Unya kani na dayon. GISAPOT GYUD KO! ! ! !

    Balhin ko ug bayantel!
