it clearly shows that the company has bad/weak succession/transition planning and execution. Regardless kung pila pana ka manager ang mopuli, dapat naa silay standards and dili magkalahilahi in terms of operations. Dapat magduhaduha na imong amiga. If she is concerned about her future, she needs to look for a job nga dili in-ana ka stable. Even people in Manila recommend ESL schools in Cebu. I doubt wala na sya lain kabalhinan.
on a positive note, 2 weeks' long enough for her to know what is really wrong and get to the root cause. 2 years naman gud diay sya. dapat hanas na sya sa iyang trabaho. also, dapat naa man sad na guidelines if the management issues something like that. have you asked your friend if the manager gave her an improvement plan? kung wala, basin ug usa ra sad iyang failure point dba?
Unsa man diay na iyang issue sa performance ba? (nakatingog ko ug ahat da LOL)
