    it clearly shows that the company has bad/weak succession/transition planning and execution. Regardless kung pila pana ka manager ang mopuli, dapat naa silay standards and dili magkalahilahi in terms of operations. Dapat magduhaduha na imong amiga. If she is concerned about her future, she needs to look for a job nga dili in-ana ka stable. Even people in Manila recommend ESL schools in Cebu. I doubt wala na sya lain kabalhinan.

    on a positive note, 2 weeks' long enough for her to know what is really wrong and get to the root cause. 2 years naman gud diay sya. dapat hanas na sya sa iyang trabaho. also, dapat naa man sad na guidelines if the management issues something like that. have you asked your friend if the manager gave her an improvement plan? kung wala, basin ug usa ra sad iyang failure point dba?

    Unsa man diay na iyang issue sa performance ba? (nakatingog ko ug ahat da LOL)

    ang ilang QA dapat una taktakon in what sense na "poor iya performance bro". naa ba na sila scorecard na they need to pass everymonth? unsay basihan sa ila manager na pwede siya mataktak performance wise?if wala den binoang nana.
    wala jud kuno klaro ilang QA boss kay sometimes naay QA session, naa sad daw times nga wla,... ang ilang daw manager ang mo-intervene ug maminaw sa ilang soundfiles... if di contento amo dayon na isulti, bisan kapasar pa sa target score nga 85... and wala paman daw sya nahagbong...

    monotonous kuno iyang klase boss.. mao daw naka-ingon iyang manager ana... and to think nga 2 years na xa sa iyang style of teaching karon pa xa gi-ingnan... hinuon bag-o pa man ni assume ang ila manager.. kay before daw ok raman ilang manager...

    Kung monotonous iyang klase then the problem becomes simple.
    Ang issue man gud sa monotonous ba kay laay unya in reaction sad iyang students dili makat-on.
    Otherwise, she can start by changing her routine or teaching style.
    I believe as professionals we should not be contented with our current output/routine.
    We must continuously find new ways to make our work more efficient.
    Also, it is safe to think that a more rigorous program is needed for Korean students.
    Unlike us, nga gabalikbalik lang ang english from start to end of education, I can't be sure that is the case for them.
    They need to be immersed in the language in a short period of time.

    She should think of this as an opportunity to improve rather than a struggle to keep her job.

    ^ ayaw pa saliga anang ESL naa mn lain nga work tingale para sa iyaha.

    kanang mga boss nga ingana, dili na angay pasanayon, basin nakalimot cya nga wala na siya sa ilaha.

    Opinion:
    1. I don't think na ingon ana ka dali ta mataktak sa trabaho kung low performer ta especially kung regular employee na. kung ingon ani ta kasayon tangtangon tungod kay incompetent ka sa trabaho daghan na unta ang nataktak sa trabaho na mga managers kay kasagaran aneh nila kay mga walay ayo mo trabaho. ayaw mo kalimot nga naay LAW nga nag protect sa mga trabahante diri sa pinas. dili ni parehas sa ubang nasud na "Hire and Fire" ang policy. kinihanglan naay klarong process ang agi-an before ka ma taktak ug kinihanglan firm jud ang grounds for termination.

    2. nganong hassle man kung mo fight ka sa imong rights? mao ni naka daot nato kay sige lang ta putak ug reklamo and then talawan diay mo fight sa atong rights. anyway, if you will win the case if ever there is, dako man pud ang imong ma claim na damages against the company.

    para nako, @TS... ingna imong friend na dili siya angay mahadlok na matangtang sa trabaho kay naay daghan abogado na willing mo tabang ana niya. kung pananlitan wala siya'y kwarta, pa adto-a siya a PAO kay mo offer na sila ug libre nga service. Also, ingna pud siya na ayaw ka worry kay bata pa siya and skilled pud. daghan trabaho nagpa abot ana niya especially sa BPO industry.
