Wala na' kasabot ang BOPK sa concept of check and balance.... Ang ilang mindset is that if ur not with their party then ur against them. Let us not forget that this kind of thinking leads to roads being closed , people from the province denied access to the city's hospitals and childish road signs that are a waste of taxpayers money.

This guy ran for the South district as congressman....but as i recall wala ni siya kadaog....not once against Cuenco....

Why not vote for someone who can be a good legislator, or perhaps a fiscalizer, kay congressman man kaha ato gipangita?

Don't get me wrong ha. That's just my mere opinoin. I am not a voter sa city, but living in the south district for almost a decade now.

I get your point sir...but for my own opinion....BOPK really is about Tommy Osmena....and its a fact....kung pangutan.on nimo mostly ang mga cebuanos ... they would usually say nga Rama has a character, but his voting magnet really resides on the BOPK party...

Kung sakto akong recollection, i think si Alvin Garcia was once a BOPK member and became a mayor because of BOPK, but then after sa iyang term gi asked siya ni Tommy to step down kay mobalik lansar si Tommy ug mayor, in which he did the same as Rama, Gi challenge niya si Tommy for mayorship....and What happened? He never came back....

Rama is like a dejavu of Alvin.....as for me...i believe that Tommy will do the right thing for Cebu...and it clearly shows...as to the status of Cebu right now....

Para lang nako hap....i would rather have a dummy legislator, than an ever quarelling leaders in our City....tan.awa ng sa Talisay(batobato sa langit)....sigeg ayaw and Mayor ug ang COngressman....naa bay napala?

One of the reasons why lambo ang Cebu is because united man gud atong mga Politicians....kung magka sumpaki pirmi ang atong leaders...Naa ba kaha tay mapala?

And I dont think man sad nga magpa baga ug nawng si Bebot and not do anything....

Jusy to add to this... In that election where nag kontra si tommy against incumbent alvin, tommy actually lost by 500 votes sa north district.... But tommy won sa south by around 3,000 votes. This victory was largely due to the help of alliances tommy had with ramas and cuencos sa south.

This time around, na usab na ang picture.


With regards to unity, between rama and tomas, which one man ang mas willing to work with other parties? Being united doesnt mean pugson tanan nga bopk tanan.... Being united means working with other people even if they dont belong to your party. Sa council pa lang, bopk is using its majority to deprive rama of funds needed for the city projects, that surely is not unity and that to me says one thing..... BOPK puts their party above everyone else... Even the very people they are supposed to serve...


Who is doing all the "quarelling" man diay karon? Si rama ba or si tomas? What i mean to say is.... Between the two leaders, who has the ability to go beyond partisan politics and work not for their party but for the people?
