it may mean everything to someone but it could mean nothing at all. Either u hate or u love him.

One fact is that both Love and Hate are complex and strong emotions.
Both emotions express the amount of influence the person you hate or love over you.
The darker your personality the more you think about the person you hate and vice versa.
That is why it is best not to Hate anyone, you'll notice that you think of that person a lot.
