both. pero kung naay budget, mas ok ang biking.

nindot jud ang duha. cardio exercise. maynta nana koy MTB uy para walk inig buntag nya bike inig gabii.
ako kay tig bike so i prefer biking.

Jog sa.. pataas hangin..dayun bike dayun
jogging brod.... daku kaau gasto bike....
biking gamay rag impact sa tuhod...pero lahi rman gud ug high ang jogging...
Jogging lang ko kay wala man ko bike....

i like biking more..i think it is much more suited for me than jogging.
