    yes. nahimo na syang unallocated disk space. so akoa plan, i-merge sa drive c. but grayed out ang option to do that.

    use EASEUS Partition Manager. this is free software. what u will do is resize your D by moving free space from the front of the partition, not from end part so the free space created can be added to the drive C. space has to be continuous para ma transfer to other partition,in this case C. after u create free space from the from of drive D, resize C to use the free space you created. then apply and w8 for changes to finish. done this all the time.

    ***just be sure to backup files incase of failures***

    supposedly, after nimu i shrink ang D, ang part na imu gi shrink will say unallocated, then if mu right click ka sa C, dili na unta greyed out ang Extend na option. Just tried it with my PC just now.. hmmm

    using disk management
    I shrinked 10 gig from drive D. After doing that 10 gig of unallocated file was created. So I intend to merge this to drive C and I do not have the option to extend it. So what went wrong? Are we doing the same thing?

    use my suggestion, and the software used. i think win7 cant resize a partition if there is an allocated partition after it.

    EASEUS akong gamit pag move sa files hasta pud sa recovery. pero kong naa ka extra disk para ma sulod ang content sa C ug D pede nimo e clone before nimo a balik sa existing disk kay maka bo-ot man ka pilay size during cloning... so hasle lang sad....
