^ This is my concern too on this idea. Who will authenticate the claim? By posting here in the forum without proper/valid evidence will just lead this forum to discomfort if ever a case will ensue.

Even with proper evidence or proof, would you not want to post it in a public notice?

If without proof or evidence you can discuss the matter without using names.

This way we would be aware of possible new modus, scams or trend in fraud.

Also, this is not limited to scam/fraud/unsatisfied buyers or sellers this would also serve as a place to post public notice.

Posting at the Buy and Sell section at istorya.net, in my opinion is a privilege for the members and not a right. With it goes the risk of being gypped by unscrupulous members or pseudo members for which each 'businessman' should be responsible for in order not to be a victim.

I have an update with my recent case with Ma. Angelie Ticar(Scam/Fraud Case). We settled in the police station in plaza independencia with her sister-in-law, brother, police(local authorities) and other witnesses.

TO cut the story short, I found out that this is not the first time that it happened. According to her brother, sister-in-law and parents she scammed another person(chinese) which was about to file a case to her also. But her mother paid the amount just to settle the case. The chinese didn't file the case nor did a publication.

We'll for me, it is not enough that the parents or relatives pay the victims of Ma. Angelie Ticar. As you can see, if the case was filed or there was a publication about her doings, then she would have never hit other victims or it would be harder for her to hit victims.
