the hardest part of moving on is the realization that u were the ones at fault why u lost someone who is so important in your life. im not sure if this is your case ts but learn to forgive others and yourself. start a new beginning and become a better person. we learn something from every break up. its a normal phase of life. we dont really forget the person but we move on, wether we like it or not

Once a friend told me when relationship fails it undergoes 4 stages before you can finally move on...at first stage is Denial..means the situation still does not sink in that what you have had is over, or is gone...2nd is bargaining stage when many things are going into your mind and you have many promises made in order to bargain what you perceived as lacking in your life...3rd is acknowledgment this is where the great awakening begin and you are enlightened of the fact that a part of the chapter in your life has ended and Lastly is Acceptance...when you have accepted your fate then you have bumped into the first step of moving on...congratulations...it's not really like you forget that someone, you cannot do that unless you undergo a surgery....but accepting what was once there and now its gone...however you don't need to regret just be thankful that once they had become part of your life and in one way or the other they made it worth the while...hmmm
Huna hunaa nalang ts, nga every time maka recall ka niya it's equivalent to "sala" .. Kay it would add up burden which is bad na sa ato systema..

@TS: You must have the courage to accept that only amnesia and death can erase memories.

love someone to forget someone or focus on one thing that you love doing...
