If you have these lumps in your breast, sometimes these are cause by hormones so try to check for consistency of occurrence and check if it occurs during your periods and check the doctor

women are suppossed to have self breast exam every month and an annual exam performed by a doctor. the goal is to know what's normal for you so you can track changes in your breast. if you are worried then go to the doctor.

is it really necessary to remove? is it possible that after it is removed, another will develop again?

yes! recurrence is very possible and there is a risk of spreading to different part of our internal organ they call it metastasis, have it check by doctors they will inject the lump and take samples to determine if this is cancerous or benign they call it Fine Needle Aspiration Biopsy (FNA)

this should be done as earliest as possible to determine the other location of cells then undergo series of testing prior to the surgery.

every month, you should have a self breast exam. you do this about 5 days after the last day your menstruation. you should be suspicious enough if you have detected a painless, immovable mass in your breasts and a history of cancer in your family.
