actually the topic revolts on why do criminals,npa and others have been an icon when they are pursuited by law enforcers.. I can still remember how the renegade policeman Dumpit suffers in the hand of a human rights commissioner by the time the boy ( holdaper/snatcher) was shot by him after a warning shot is taken but the boy still run.. it was reported that the victim carries a gun but still people insist that it wasn't a necessity for him to be shoot.. now to end the story, what if it was dumpit who was killed by the boy? naa ba sila actions buhaton? we've already seen many news related to enforcers being slain inhumanly but do they take actions? Lmao.. to human rights commissioner I stood my fist with the middle finger raised in front of you..

because they are human that's why it's called human rights... not the none government people rights....
