usually pinaka basic jd ky after workout og before sleeping. u can use whey sa post workout and casein before sleeping to supply protein for several hours wen ur body is fasting for 8hrs or so wen sleeping.
another style sa uban is u can also drink whey protein shake inig mata daun nimo 1hr before ur breakfast, this is called protein pulse feeding. When we first wake up, we're usually in a catabolic state as our various tissues are robbing our muscle of amino acids. Stated differently, our hard-earned muscle is being broken down to feed other types of cells.
By consuming a meal of whey protein shortly after waking we quickly put a stop to this cycle of muscle breakdown. Not only that, but we turn this otherwise negative situation into one of muscle growth!
pwede pud gani ka mag combine og whey and casein sa imo pre-workout drink if u want para naay whey to help maintain ur muscle during start up sa workout and casein to supply for the rest of YOUR workout which is a slow acting protein.
but in the end TS pili lng ka kung asa makaya sa budget nimo and in the end ur body is designed to take in solid food, so u just have to use supplements wisely...![]()
